The much ancitipated press conference by North West Premier, Professor Job Mokgoro is no longer taking place. The press conference was scheduled for 8am this morning and it was moved to 12pm this afternoon only to be postponed again and this time indefinitely. It was expected that the Premier will fire some of the MECs. Sources close to the newly established ANC Provincial Task Team said Mokgoro and Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma are in loggerhead and they had a heated argument recently. “Mokgoro is under pressure. Dlamini-Zulu is running this province and Mokgoro is trying very hard to take charge,” said the source. Premier’s spokesperson Vuyisile Ngesi told journalists who eagerly waited for the presser that Mokgoro is still consulating various stakeholders and he will call them again.
